Issues of Primary ConcernIncreased coordination with USMC and Bolivian Riverine forces outside Blue Devil Task Force. Organization and CapabilitiesThe Bolivian Marine Corps is formed into 7 Battalions including Military Police with one Central Command of Amphibious Instruction (CICA) for advanced training. The number of personnel in the Marine Corps is constantly changed by conscript end of temporary service. The Marine Corps has the capability to conduct amphibious and over land operations with the Bolivian Army.
